Me and my roommate moved to another apartment last weekend, to a new town. Everything went well, it was rough but it’s over now. I love our new apartment so much and the place seems nice too, there’s a store around the corner and a pharmacy too! I am happy and excited about this! Now we can travel to places easier and cheaper!
But there is a problem.
Money.
We have spent a lot of money for this move. We need to pay the rented moving truck to my dad (240€), we need to pay the plumber who comes over today to connect our dishwasher (128€) and we still need to buy a lot of shit to this apartment.
I owe my roommate quite the bit of money, a little over 200€ to be exact. I also owe around 200€ to another friend…
We still need rugs, a place to hang our jackets and put our shoes etc.
There’s also the fucking problem with the rent deposit of the last apartment. My roommate’s mom cleaned the whole apartment but there was couple of things that weren’t cleaned properly apparently and there was a small rug(?) and some cleaning products that had been left behind, even though I was believing that EVERYTHING was brought to the new apartment. So.. I might lose my rent deposit, but I am hoping, conjuring and praying that they’ll take only a small part of it, because I NEED that fricking money.
